Berkshire Claims Supreme Champion Pedigreed Gilt Honors

Eight breeds competed on the green chips for the Supreme Champion Pedigreed Gilt title. Judge, Ryan Sites from Tuttle, Oklahoma, evaluated each breed before selecting his top gilt. Peyton Hill of Nevada, Texas, and her Berkshire gilt, PCH5 Cloey 1-1, claimed the top title of the Pedigreed Gilt Show. At the end of his speech, Sites joked, “It’s not something you hear very often but the Berkshire wins!”
