The Limousin breed was well represented in today’s Junior and Open Show.  Mason Walker of Prairie Grove, Arkansas, exhibited the Grand Champion Junior Limousin Female, with his Champion Division II Heifer under judge Brent Murphy of Manhattan, Kansas.  Alexa Montagne of Elk Point, South Dakota, exhibited the Reserve Grand Champion Junior Limousin Female with her Champion Division III cow/calf pair.

Shortly after judge Scott Schaake of Manhattan, Kansas selected Mason Walker of Prairie Grove, Arkansas Champion Division IV Heifer as Grand Champion Open Show Female.  Korynn Clason, Beaver City, Nebraska, took home the Reserve Champion Open Limousin honors with her Champion Division V Heifer.

Concluding the competitive Limousin show was the bulls.  Pinegar Limousin of Springfield, Missouri, exhibited the Grand Champion Limousin Bull.  Ashlee Sue Corns of Eurkea, Kansas, showed the Reserve Champion Limousin Bull.

To close the show, Pinegar Limousin went on to win Premier Breeder and Exhibitor at the 2015 American Royal Limousin Show.
