The lamb events kicked off this afternoon at the 2017 American Royal with showmanship. Judge Scott Sutton evaluated the junior, intermediate and senior age divisions of this years contest. Exhibitors in the junior age division received one-on-one feedback from Sutton and the other divisions were given feedback as a group. The competition was deep throughout each age divisions, but the intermediate exhibitors swept the supreme drive. Rebecca Grace Paine from Kansas was the Supreme Champion Showman and Lane Slaton from Indiana was the Reserve Supreme Showman.
