The 6th Annual American Royal Steak Competition gave beef producers the opportunity to put their best steak forward in two categories; Grass Finished and Grain Finished. On July 31, a panel of invited judges assembled in the test kitchen on the campus of Kansas State Olathe to participate in a blind judging of the steak entries.
