The American Royal’s Ag STEM Camp was created to introduce middle school students to the connection between agriculture and the STEM topics related to plants, animals, and agriculture technology.
The American Royal STEM Camp experience is intended to engage middle school students in the Kansas City Region in a 3 day agriculture (ag) based STEM experience. Students will participate in discussion and hands-on activities that are directly connected to the ag industry and ag careers. As a day camp, there will be themed days to expose students to a broader spectrum of agriculture. These include a day oriented toward plant, animal, and ag technology content areas.

Fee: $45 per participant
Students will:
- Learn about core content areas of STEM careers in agriculture.
- Engage directly with industry professionals.
- Take part in hands-on activities to learn plant, animal, and ag tech STEM concepts.
- Network with professionals.
- Gain a better understanding of opportunities in agriculture and STEM careers.
