Competition Map

The current map represents teams that have registered as of August 3, 2018. If your team is not listed on this version, please check the next version. The current map is not the final map. Please be sure to visit this web page prior to the event to plan appropriately for the final map and layout.

If you have questions concerning the map, your team space or location, please email the BBQ team at [email protected]. Please note: the current map is the most up-to-date map and there may not be an option/availability for changes and edits, but the American Royal BBQ team will do their best to honor all requests.

  • Each team spot can contain 1 RV and 1 other vehicle.
  • Additional team parking will be available on the outside of the Speedway in a designated lot.
  • Tram service will be available during certain hours to the designated lot.
  • Load in: Begins Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 8:00 am. All teams must be done loading in and have additional cars moved to the designated lot by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 14, 2018 (no exceptions).
  • Load Out: Load out for all teams is Sunday, September 16, 2018 from 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm, after the Open Awards Ceremony.
