Returning teams, please note that the space numbers may have been edited from the year prior even if your location did not change. If you have any questions about your location, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to assist and update.
The current map is not the final map. Please re-visit this page prior to the contest to ensure you are prepped and planning appropriately with the final published map.
If you plan on renting items through Marquee, make sure to submit your order prior to August 1 for best rental rates.
All vehicle entrances into the Kansas Speedway + the tunnel entrance to the infield will shut down and be locked at 12:00 pm on Friday. All teams must be on site, in their team spot with any additional vehicles removed by noon on Friday. Late arriving teams will be stopped, may not enter, and will be directed to load in after midnight. There is no exception.
Each team spot can contain 1 RV and 1 other vehicle.
Additional team parking will be available on the outside of the Speedway in a designated lot.
Tram service will be available during certain hours to the designated lot.
Load in: Begins Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at 8:00 am. All teams must be done loading in and have additional cars moved to the designated lot by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 13, 2019 (no exceptions).
Load Out: Load out for all teams is Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm, after the Open Awards Ceremony.
