Exhibitors from 11 states gathered in Kansas City, Mo., to compete for top honors in the Charolais Junior Heifer Show held on Oct. 29. Brent Murphy of Houstonia, Mo., sorted the 44 junior entries.

OBG Elvira 024, exhibited by Kyler Juergens of Celina, Texas, was named Grand Champion Charolais Heifer and Calf Champion Heifer. Bailey Core of Pleasantville, Iowa, exhibited the Reserve Grand Champion Female, SSS Ms Ellie 1310, who first won Senior Champion Heifer.

Big Creek CCC Mable 301Y, exhibited by Jeht Stateler of Hoskins, Neb., was named Reserve Calf Champion Heifer.

Mariah Kinkade of Liberty, Mo., exhibited the Intermediate Champion Heifer, 3G Cowgirl XQuisite. HPF MS Marion 045, exhibited by Taylor Hett of Roggen, Colo., was the Reserve Intermediate Champion Heifer.

Gregory Connell of Eugene, Mo., exhibited the Reserve Senior Champion Heifer, B3 Miss Maura 17X ET.
