Exhibitors from eight states gathered in Kansas City, Mo., to compete for top honors in the National Braunvieh Show held on Sat., Oct. 22. Brandon Callis of Washington, Texas, sorted the 65 entries in the Percentage and FB/PB divisions.

Allgood Show Cattle of Bellevue, Texas, exhibited the Grand Champion Percentage Bull, XPLODE 7410X, that first won the Junior Bull division. FLY TREE SHAKA, exhibited by Flying “I” Ranch of Houston, Texas, was the Reserve Grand Champion Percentage Bull and won the Junior Bull Calf division.

AW Thorne Land & Cattle of Adair, Okla., and Allgood Show Cattle, exhibited the Grand Champion FB/PB Bull, TLC SILVER LINK W9151 ET, who first won Champion Senior Bull. BODINE’S POWERHOUSE Y740, exhibited by Rob & Brenda Bodine of Voltaire, N.D., was named the Reserve Grand Champion FB/PB Bull and won the Junior Bull Calf division.

Flying “I” Ranch, exhibited the Grand Champion Percentage Female, FLY ELIZABETH, who first won the Junior Heifer Calf Division. WCCR RISING STAR 001, exhibited by Darkside Braunvieh of Peculiar, Mo., was named Reserve Grand Champion Percentage Female and won the Junior Heifer division.

Outlaw Cattle Company of Willard, Mo., exhibited the Grand Champion FB/PB Female, OCC KELLIE 152X, and first won the Junior Heifer Calf Division. FLY LEAH ET, exhibited by Flying “I” Ranch, was named the Reserve Grand Champion FB/PB Female and Reserve Junior Heifer Champion.

Roddy Duke of Houston, Texas, exhibited the Cow-Calf Champion, MISS BOR 00407 W ET-ET. The Reserve Champion Cow-Calf was M-R I CANDI, exhibited by Ryan McKoon of Paola, Kan.
